- Set-out windows — Waste at curb no later than 6:00 a.m. on collection day; not before 5:00 p.m. the prior day; empty containers removed by 6:00 a.m. the day after. Automated carts 2 ft apart, 3 ft from obstructions.
- Downtown core service — Downtown collection six times a week; city-supplied garbage cans required; no curbside placement between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. (Ord. 380.203/380.208); $46.70 per can per month.
- Sharps and medical waste — Sharps in a hard plastic or metal container with a tight-fitting lid secured with heavy-duty tape, placed in the center of the garbage receptacle.
