Prep rules & exceptions
Do this before it goes to the curb, or it stays there.
- Holiday asymmetry — Holiday impact differs by service line: residential and recycling stop on the big three holidays while bulk/yard and commercial only slide one day - the city publishes a 4-column matrix.
- SWA handoff — Recycling is not a city operation: SWA supplies bins, Waste Pro collects - route recycling complaints to Waste Pro (561) 688-8912, not the city.
